The cold bite of winter has really taken hold of us. We have the perfect answer - a masterclass showcasing some of our favourite cheeses - baked.
NEW DATE: 14th August: Winter Blues and Whisky
Love it or hate it, blue cheese comes in many forms. From strong and pungent to mild and creamy you will taste 6 of the best in this masterclass.
Whisky with its depth of flavour is strong enough to stand up to even the most challenging of blue cheeses, so we have worked with local distillery Starward and some of Conor’s favourite international whiskeys to pair each of the blue cheeses with a different whisky.
For the blue lovers out there, this is the masterclass for you!
31 July: Bubbles and Soft & Creamy cheeses
By far our most popular and most decadent masterclass. Experience three types of bubbles - champagne, prosecco and French cider. All of which pair so elegantly with the creamiest of cheeses.
Our cheeses will all be decadent and creamy. Showcasing 6 of the best from Australia and France, all the cheeses that as Maria says ‘take you to your happy place’.
