School Holiday - Kids cheese masterclasses

One just for the kids. Bring down your budding cheese lover for this fun session created for the kids. In this session we will talk about where cheese comes from, how it goes from milk to cheese then try a range of different cheeses. The session ends with kids creating their own cheese toastie!

Also included is a coffee for the parents to enjoy on the deck whilst we keep the little ones busy.

Bubbles and Creamy Cheese - 16 January 2021 & 30th January 

Nothing pairs better than sparkling wines and creamy decadent cheese. This very special masterclass and tasting brings together some of the world’s most decadent creamy cheeses and pairs them with Champagne, Prosecco and French Cider. 

If you love your soft and cheese creamy then this is a session you don’t want to miss!

Your taste buds will journey through Australia, France and beyond as you try 6 cheeses paired with Champagne, Prosecco and more.

Australia Day BBQ on the deck- 26th January 2021

You can’t get more Australian than a BBQ on Australia Day. We’ve taken the Aussie BBQ classics we all love and added some cheesy touches.

We start with a complimentary bloody Mary on arrival (or you can have beer or bubbles if that’s more to your taste), then a BBQ cooked out on the deck featuring Aussie lamb and haloumi, steak and blue cheese, prawns, cheesy sausages and more!

Served with freshly made salads and breads from Zeally Bay Sourdough. We will also have options for vegans and vegetarians.

Our bar on the day will feature Australian beers and wines all to the tunes of our in house DJ.

Grab your mates and head down for an arvo on the deck of BBQ, drinks and of course great cheese!

J’adore Fromage - Valentines Day Lunch

For lovers and lovers of cheese we have created a one off menu to celebrate Valentine's Day. Falling on a Sunday this year, experience a long and decadent lunch with your favourite people. You will be greeted with a glass of French Champagne from boutique family house Frerejean Frères. 

Then experience a set menu starting a selection of small tastes featuring salmon caviar, beetroot and goats cheese and more. 

Followed by our version of lobster mac'n'cheese both decadent and oh so comforting served with a side salad and breads.

Finish with a tasting plate of some of France’s finest cheeses and accompaniments.
