For those of you wanting to celebrate Christmas in July, we have put together a limited edition collection with the taste of Christmas. Perfect for your Yuletide fest with friends and family.

Followed by the sweet taste of Christmas with Chocolate coated Paneforte and chocolate coated gold almonds both by Simon Johnson. Along with dark chocolate dipped oranges from Bizzarri Dolci.
Plus it wouldn’t be Christmas without a mince pie, our friends from Oliver Lane have created the tastiest mini mince pies and of course their crispbreads are included too.
City Larder Duck and Cherry Pâté
This pâté is gamier in flavour but still as smooth and delicious. French cherries are soaked in brandy rather than syrup, so the sweetness of the fruit balances perfectly with the game flavours of the duck.

Yarra Valley Dairy, Le Jack
Goats Milk Cheese, Soft Cheese, Yarra Valley, Victoria, 110g
Le Jack is a semi-matured fresh goat's milk, produced by Yarra Valley Dairy located 50 kilometres from Melbourne, Victoria in Australia. This soft textured cheese has a subtle goat flavour. Upon maturity, the white rind breaks and develops a creamy texture with a typical goaty aroma. The taste is nutty, earthy and mushroomy. Eat it with green apple, walnuts.
Woombye Cheese Company, Blackall Gold Washed Rind

In 2012, Karen and Graeme Paynter decided to embark on a lifestyle change that took them from their fast paced corporate roles overseas to the Sunshine Coast hinterland where they started Woombye Cheese Company. They were intent on settling in a rural community where they could source premium milk from neighbouring dairy farms, knowing that quality cheese production started with quality milk. Jersey and Friesian milk, collected from three local farms is used to make a range of surface ripened cheese. Not out to make an intensely flavoured washed rind cheese, the Paynters have successfully created a cheese with a delicate flavour that will appeal to many palates. The pale orange rind, often blanketed by a fine white mould, is full-flavoured but subtle – just as they intended.Surprisingly mild while young but develops a more robust flavour as it ripens. Bizzarri Dolci, Choc dipped oranges, 90g
Bizzarri Dolci is a handmade biscuit bakery located in the Melbourne suburb of Malvern, specialising in the creation of gourmet biscuits and baked sweets. This brittle Italian nougat is made with chestnut honey and 50% almonds. It finds the perfect balance of flavours, allowing this treat to be driven by the lush characteristics of the ingredients rather than being overpowered by sweetness.
Simon Johnson, Panforte Chocolate Coated, Italy
A sweet delicacy from Siena made with almonds, candied fruits, wafer, honey and spices. Fig & Walnut is a base of 29% dried figs and 22% walnuts blended with honey, wafer and spices, then covered in dark chocolate.
