Woombye Cheese Company, Triple Cream Brie, Cows Milk, Soft Cheese, Woombye, Queensland, Australia, 200g
In 2012, Karen and Graeme Paynter decided to embark on a lifestyle change that took them from their fast paced corporate roles overseas to the Sunshine Coast hinterland where they started Woombye Cheese Company. They were intent on settling in a rural community where they could source premium milk from neighbouring dairy farms, knowing that quality cheese production started with quality milk. Jersey and Friesian milk, collected from three local farms is used to make a range of surface ripened cheese. A thin bloomy white rind hides a deliciously rich and creamy centre. The addition of extra cream and the already rich jersey milk creates a luxurious cheese that begs for an effervescent accompaniment.


Woodside Cheese Wrights, Lemon Myrtle Chevre, Goat, Adelaide Hills, 150g
The Chevre is made from fresh local goat milk sourced from Towerview and Oskjberg goat dairies. Pasteurisation is achieved using batch pasteurisation which is very gentle to the milk.

The milk is set using a traditional long set method which is overnight. The following day the curd is ladled into cheesecloth bags. We allow the curd to drain for several hours, this process is very gentle as the curd has a delicate structure. This product is pure with only a small amount of salt being added. A further draining process occurs for a period of ten days in a controlled environment.

The Lemon Myrtle used on this cheese is locally grow at Reedy Creek in South Australia. The cheese is lightly rolled in the Lemon Myrtle herb and allowed to rest for 2 – 3 hours before packaging


Berry’s Creek Gourmet Cheese, Riverine Blue, Buffalo, Gippsland, Victoria, 150g
Berry's Creek Riverine Blue appears to be an intense blue cheese with liberal striations of green mould… but looks can be deceiving. The rich buffalo milk combines beautifully with the mould delivering a soft, creamy mouthfeel with an almost savoury flavour profile that finishes with a lingering lactic sweetness.


Simon Johnson, Fig and Walnut Panforte, Italy, 100g
A sweet delicacy from Siena made with almonds, candied fruits, wafer, honey and spices. Fig & Walnut is a base of 29% dried figs and 22% walnuts blended with honey, wafer and spices. Chocolate Covered is made with almonds, hazelnuts, candied fruits, wafer and honey covered in dark chocolate.


Oliver Lane Crispbread
Handmade in Melbourne these crackers are thinly cut and baked crisp from artisan loaves. They are gluten free with subtle flavours to add an extra layer of flavour to your cheese. We hope you enjoy the creations from this newly discovered local small business.
