French cheese sets the standard for the world, in this tasting we will eat the iconic cheeses of France, learn about their region and stories. From the Alpine cheeses to the classic French blues this session will feature them all.

Along with the cheeses we will also suggest some new ways to enjoy them, beyond just serving on your cheese board.
